It seems like forever ago, like April, when we first spotted that gray fortress over a building on Melrose Avenue with Kelly Wearstler written on it. It was official and exciting — the fabulous interior-designer-slash-clothing-designer was setting up shop in LA. At her collection launch at Neiman Marcus in October, Kelly told me that there were some setbacks to the store. But no need to dwell on the delays because there are tons of amazing pieces to look forward to at the new Kelly Wearstler flagship boutique (8440 Melrose Ave., West Hollywood, 323-895-7880), which officially opened its stone-encrusted doors today. Step inside for a look, then stop by the store Mondays through Saturdays 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to feel the full fashiony experience.
