That's no meat and all seafood, veggies, and whole grains. So it makes sense that its former full-time chef and current consulting chef, Lee Gross, was once a private chef for Gwyneth Paltrow, who swears by a macrobiotic diet. Gross now lives in New York but is in town developing the new Fall and holiday menus for M Cafe. While he's here, the chef is also hosting the upcoming "macrotize me" cooking demo at the Beverly Hills location on Thursday, Sept. 1, where he will be essentially macrotizing chicken pot pie!
