The organic juice craze is still flowing along, and if you haven't dived in yet, here's some fodder to rev up your engine. After all, you're not getting any healthier sipping on that Diet Coke. Just sayin'.

  • Despite the temporary shut down of LA's most popular juice spot, Pressed Juicery (13050 San Vicente Blvd., #120, 310-451-1010 — a favorite of Whitney Port —is back in business in Brentwood. Try Nicole Richie's favorite, Greens 1 (kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery).
  • Liquid New Theme (8180 Melrose Ave., 323-932-9866) opened at the end of February and has since been offering fresh juices with cheeky names such as The Oxygenator (apple, beet, carrot, ginger, lemon with hint of fresh Serrano chili or Cayenne pepper), Pink Asylum (strawberries, pineapple, beet, and ginger), and Fire Me Up (carrot, beet, orange, lime, jalapeno, and garlic optional). They also make smoothies, wellness shots, and acai bowls.
  • Ritual Cleanse, headquartered in Irvine, is an organic juice stop for Orange County health nuts and beyond. It recently introduced Daily Juice, a real-food supplement that combines organic raw fruits and vegetables, with 11 flavors that include green lemon, spicy lemonade, pineapple mint, and cashew crunch.
  • Earthbar, located inside select Equinox Fitness clubs, is another way to stay healthy while on the run — both on treadmills and sidewalks. Celebs like Nicky Hilton, Anna Paquin, Adrien Brody, and Ellen Page are among the fans of its vitamin-rich juices like The Slim Down (strawberries, pineapple, coconut water, whey protein, and carnitine) and Radiant Skin (papaya, acai, hemp milk, flax oil, tocotrienols, lecithin, E3 live, green detox powder, stevia, agave).
