It's inspired by Parisian bistros and the French bistronomique movement, keeps its menu tight and simple, uses only locally sourced ingredients, and offers lots of sip-worthy wine. Papilles officially opens on Monday, but is now taking reservations in soft-open mode. Step inside for a quick peek at the space and some dishes, then claim your chic seat.
