Perch Restaurant and Bar in Downtown Los Angeles (Pictures)

There's been chatter about a new rooftop restaurant and bar in downtown for a while now, but Perch (448 S. Hill St., 15th Fl., 213-802-1770) is finally almost ready to view. When I popped in, owners Coly Den Haan, Rachel Thomas, and their crew were putting the finishing touches for a friends and family night, but as of this Friday, the place is all yours to experience. The French-inspired theme runs deep in everything from the regal decor to the vintage touches to the menu with dishes like not-so-french onion soup, cordon bleu poppers, and coq au vin. There's a beautiful interior space and an equally amazing rooftop area with fireplaces, lounge couches, and breathtaking views. Click through to see it all, and then be sure to see it for yourself.
