But at that time, there was nothing but dust and heavy equipment inside. Nearly four months later, the Peruvian restaurant that took over the space of Test Kitchen is ready for your eating and drinking pleasure. Chef and owner Ricardo Zarate makes such tasty bites as empanadas, Peruvian and sushi hybrids called causa sushi, traditional ceviches, Peruvian paella, and way more.
