First the designer hosted Maria Menounos's book launch party at the space she owns with her husband Shiro Gutzie in May, then she partnered with Nivea at the Khloe Kardashian poolside bikini party, and now the duo is getting ready to debut their lifestyle store (8336 Melrose Ave., 323-655-3760), which melds shopping with art, food, and pampering. The boutique will be ready to shop the first week of July; the spa will debut sometime this Summer; and the cafe is expected to launch this Fall.
