Just because I'm taking a more nontraditional route to St. Patrick's Day this year doesn't mean you have to. If you want to color your face green, drink green beer, and eat green things, then go all out at the St. Patrick's Day celebration at L.A. Live (800 W. Olympic Blvd., 866-548-3452) in downtown today from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be a mini parade, Irish food and drinks, live Irish music, a beer garden, and appearances by the Lakers Girls. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in the complex will be serving corned beef and cabbage with drink specials, and Yard House, open until 2 a.m., will whip up shepherd pie. Go green or go home!
